PLEASE HELP!!! We installed Emperador Dark on two vanities for a customer about 1-1/2 years ago. She came by the shop yesterday expressing some frustrations with that particular Stone (http://g603.net) . (We used two different kinds of Granite (http://tanbrown.org) in her kitchen and (http://maplered.com) Botticino Fiorito on the remainder vanities. She is only having a problem with the Emp Dk.) Apparently when her husband (http://maplered.com) and (http://maplered.com) son shave they slop shaving cream on the Counter (http://GialloFiorito.com) . She is able to temporarily remove the "goo" with the Gran Quartz 113-M cleaner we sold her but the dull, hazy mess comes right back. Our sales rep from Stone Connection happened to be here visiting during the time our customer was here and (http://maplered.com) suggested I get feedback from this forum. We sealed every piece of Stone (http://g603.net) prior to installation with Gran Quartz 413S Impregnator. We generally do not reseal vanities; however we fabricate more Granite (http://tanbrown.org) vanities than Marble (http://www.lightemprador.com) .
We have not run into this problem before and (http://maplered.com) were all at a loss as to the solution. The customer lives about 1-1/2 hours from our shop. For that reason we did not want to make a trip until we had a definitive resolution.
Hope one of you experts out there has a solution for us!
